INTERGENERATIONAL SOLIDARITY: CREATING A WORLD FOR ALL AGES

THE TIME IS NOW!!!!

The International Youth Day was first celebrated on 12th August, 2000. Since then the day has been utilised to educate the general public.

The Leadership of NCCN hereby send a marvellous message of felicitations to Youths Globally on the occasion of the International Youth Day.

The celebrations of the International Youth Day provide youth with the opportunity to draw the attention of governments and other stakeholders about issues affecting them. The commemoration recognizes the significant role of youth in shaping the present and future.

In today’s fast paced world, young people are blazing the trial in different endeavours of life and proving that glass ceilings can be smashed.

On the other hand, there are still quite a number out there who need to be prodded to rise and take responsibility for Life and Success.

Many young people are risking their lives while leading action on peace and security with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic that disrupted the normal way of life and negatively impacted the well-being of the youths.

It is imperative to note that, Youth must at all times, see themselves as agents of change. They should, without hesitation, key into the aspirations to change the Nation in whatever sphere of influence they occupy individually or/and collectively. They should be reminded that the present and future prosperity of the nation, rest on them. They therefore cannot afford to let the nation down by embarking on violent extremism and radicalism that would not only promote political and social distrust, but, would further increase communal tension and crises

We will continue to move the Youths to the promised Land by innovating and organizing pivotal programs which will buttress the desire already designed.
